What coaching does

I will help you uncover thoughts that are keeping you stuck.  Together, we will expose the beliefs that are BOTH serving you and the ones that are not serving you.   

Your thoughts are absolutely optional.   Once we identify the thoughts that limit you, then I will help you uncover the way they make you feel AND the way you act.   As a team, you and I will practice new 

thoughts. I will be your accountability partner as you try on new beliefs.

Our time together will include homework assignments so that you are equipped for the days we are not together.   It is also to keep you actively aware of the goals we set together.  

I am here for support, encouragement and cheerleading.  I believe in you!  

Focus on creating change in your life, as quickly as possible. We'll work together on a one-on-one basis, making sure we're 100% focused on your specific goals and needs in life. This is the best way to get what you want out of coaching, without getting off track.

we meet for twelve weeks?

we will meet via zoom for 45 minutes.  I encourage my clients to meet every week on the same day, at the same time (ie, Wednesdays at 3).  This appointment is OUR time together.  I'm fully committed to it.

when and how will we meet?

Homework mostly involves reflecting.   You may opt to journal or keep a log of your wins, losses and challenges.
